What is DirectLeads?
DirectLeads is a high–performance affiliate network that unites advertisers and affiliates in a pay per performance business model. In this model, an advertiser pays only when specific consumer performance is rendered. Affiliates are paid based on their ability to drive the specified result.
Is there a cost to join DirectLeads?
We do not charge any fees for an affiliate to join our network. However, approval of applicants is determined through a manual review process. Advertisers are typically required to purchase an advertising package to gain access to our affiliate base. Advertising packages range from simply taking your offer live on our network to robust promotional campaigns designed for maximum exposure.
How can I benefit from DirectLeads?

Advertisers benefit from heavy promotion and exposure of your offers. We skillfully manage offers in order to maximize revenue while preventing fraudulent activity.
What technology powers DirectLeads?
DirectLeads runs on our proprietary industry leading DirectTrack technology platform – the only affiliate tracking platform independently audited and certified to deliver and record ad impressions, clicks, leads and sales in accordance with the IAB Guidelines. Currently, more than 350 networks worldwide rely on DirectTrack to provide uncompromising tracking depth and accuracy.
What precautions are used to prevent fraud?
Our network uses DirectTrack’s FraudMeter to monitor and prevent fraud. This includes “points–based” management and reporting tools that automatically monitor, categorize and identify fraudulent activity based off of parameters such as location, IP address, website URL, etc. FraudMeter also uses an exclusive method that scrubs our database of all previous fraudulent affiliates that other DirectTrack–powered networks and merchants have terminated from their affiliate programs.
Can I be an advertiser and an affiliate with DirectLeads during the same time?
Yes. We welcome the opportunity to work with you as an advertiser and as an affiliate on our network. If you have any specialized requests, do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your unique needs.
Does DirectLeads deny affiliates from joining the network?
There are a few reasons that can result in being denied from our network:
- Affiliates who submit an inaccurate or incomplete phone number in their application will be declined. Please submit the country code, area code and full phone number in your application. Affiliates who do not answer our verification phone calls and fail to return a call/email within a given time period following our initial contact will also be declined
- During our verification process, an affiliate that has submitted a false name, phone number, address or site will be denied
- We do not accept sites with adult, gambling, or any other questionable content
How is payment issued and how will I receive payment?
The default payment method is issued as a check sent by standard mail. Your first payment will be received in the mail as a check, which is part of our address verification process. You can contact us if you would prefer an alternative payment method.
Does DirectLeads pay using PayPal and/or wire transfers?
Our default payment method is check; however, affiliates who meet certain requirements can also be paid via PayPal or wire transfer.
Does DirectLeads accept International affiliates?
Yes, we welcome and encourage affiliates located across the globe to join our network. We can issue payment in U.S. dollars via check to any country.
As an affiliate, how do I select campaigns to run and check my stats?
Upon approval, your login information will automatically be sent to you via the email address used during the sign up process. Your login provides access to:
- Real–time campaign performance analysis
- Scheduled email report delivery
- Robust Sub ID tracking up to five additional variables
- Ability to place your own advertiser pixel
- Advanced campaign searching
- Intuitive advertising code
What type of campaign creative options are available?
We support the use of images, flash, e–mail, text, search, pop–ups and co-registration. It is up to the specific advertiser to decide which types they want to use with their offer.
When will I receive payment for commissions earned?
DirectLeads pays affiliates on a 30 day cycle. Checks are typically sent on the 7th of each month for commissions earned during the corresponding performance period. Example: Results generated during the month of January will be paid within the first week of March.
Is there a minimum that I have to earn in order to be paid?
The minimum threshold for payment is $20. If you earn less than $20 in a month, your commissions will automatically roll over to the next month.
How do I find out about new campaigns?
DirectLeads emails announcements regarding new campaigns to all affiliates. You can also view “new” offers through our affiliate interface when you are logged into our system. Where and when applicable, we also provide campaign updates as part of our mobile affiliate/stats interface.
